Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the leadership of the industrial trade cooperative and UKM services in Kaimana district is. This research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires with a number of questions from 5 indicators for each number of questionnaire questions to respondents who are also civil servants at the cooperative trade industry and UKM service in Kaimana Regency. This research uses 5 indicators, namely: analysis and decision making, motivational ability, communication and listening ability, ability to delegate tasks or authority and indicators of responsibility ability. The results of this research are that as a leader there is still a lot that needs to be improved, starting from analyzing decision making, motivating subordinates, communicating, assigning tasks and authority and giving responsibility to subordinates.
