PENGARUH STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstrak

Good Corporate Governance give effective controlling framework to build check and balance system in organisation. Part of  Good Corporate Governance are managerial ownership and institutional ownership.  This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership on Company Value in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research data is 51 companies with a research sample of 17 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that managerial ownership and institutional ownership influence company value
