Abstrak

This research aims to explore the marketing strategies employed by PT. Rimbun Menara Papua in attracting customer interest, with a case study focusing on Hotel Grand Papua Fakfak. The research methodology employed is qualitative research. The primary data sources for this study include the General Manager and employees of Hotel Grand Papua Fakfak, as well as its customers. Secondary data is obtained from relevant hotel  documents. Data collection techniques involve  observation,   interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of hotel marketing strategies at Hotel Grand Papua Fakfak utilizes the 7P  marketing mix, comprising product,   price,            place,  promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. It is observed that the marketing strategies applied by Hotel Grand Papua Fakfak, by maximizing the elements of the marketing mix, have proven effective in attracting customer interest
