ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN TUGAS POKOK DAN FUNGSI PEMERINTAH KAMPUNG SEKBAN DISTRIK PARIWARI KABUPATEN FAKFAK

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the main tasks and functions (TUPOKSI) of the Sekban Village Government. This study is based on the phenomenon in the field which shows that there are still several obstacles in the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the Sekban Village Government. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study were the village head, village officials, and the Village Supervisory Agency (BAPERKAM). The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the Sekban Village Government has been quite optimal. This is caused by several factors, including: (1) increased understanding of the main tasks and functions of the Sekban Village Government, (2) increased human resource competency, (3) increased community participation. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that the Sekban Village Government continue to strive to improve coordination between officials, increase access to information, and strengthen supervision of the implementation of the main tasks and functions in Sekban Village, Pariwari District, Fakfak Regency.
