ANALISA PENDAPATAN USAHA PERTANIAN LABU SIAM DI KAMPUNG MANANMUR DISTRIK KAYAUNI KABUPATEN FAKFAK
Abstrak
Regency Chayote plants are one type of plant whose fruit is utilized and processed by
the community into vegetables. Chayote contains vitamins B, C, K and minerals. Given the
nutritional content of chayote, it is necessary to diversify food products or chayote processing
to meet the community’s need for food, so that these food products can be liked by the
community. in addition, diversification of food products can increase the selling value of
chayote. Chayote itself is a secondary vegetable, where this vegetable is very easy to find in
markets and restaurants as a mixed vegetable ingredient. The purpose of this study is to
determine the development of the Chayote ( Sechium edule ( Jacq. ) Sw. ) farming business on
community opinion in Mananmur Village, Kayauni Districk, Fakfak Regency 2024.
